Each meal consists of a starter (soup or salad), entrée and dessert, and varies depending on the day of the week. For example:
o Pasta Monday: Garden Salad, Lasagna, whole wheat roll and fruit cup
o Traditional Tuesday: Vegetable Corn Chowder, BBQ pineapple chicken with mashed and vegetables and a zucchini muffin
o Wild Wednesday: Garden Salad, Mini Vegetable Pizzas on whole wheat crust, beef and barley soup and a chocolate chip muffin
o Trio Thursday (Soup, salad, sandwich): Chicken Noodle Soup, Egg Salad Sandwich on whole wheat, pasta salad and a ginger snap cookie
o Fish Friday: Broccoli and cheddar soup, baked haddock with scalloped potato and steamed vegetables and a fruit cup for dessert
